Cardamom Restaurant Australia — Table Booking & Deposit Guidelines
1. A$1.00 AUD Reservation Deposit
To ensure seating availability and prevent fraudulent bookings, an online deposit of A$1.00 AUD is required to confirm your table reservation at Cardamom Restaurant.
2. Restaurant Bill Credit Upon Attendance
The A$1.00 AUD deposit is credited directly toward your final restaurant dining bill when your party arrives and attends the booking.
Example: If your final dining bill is A$85.00, your A$1.00 deposit is deducted as a credit, making your final payment A$84.00.
3. Attendance & Grace Period
We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. If your party is running late, please call the restaurant directly at +91 9281410305 to hold your table.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Timely Cancellations: Cancellations made within the permitted window (e.g. 24 hours prior) can be cancelled with a full deposit refund or rescheduled.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notification results in forfeiture of the A$1.00 deposit to cover reserved table holding costs.
