1. Introduction & Australian Consumer Law

Welcome to Cardamom Restaurant. These Terms & Conditions apply to all online food orders, table reservations, catering enquiries, and website services offered by Cardamom Restaurant in Australia.

Notice: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any statutory guarantees, rights, or remedies to which you are entitled under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law).

2. Online Orders & Pricing (AUD)

• All prices listed on our website are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
• Online orders require full payment confirmation via our secure payment gateway (Stripe) or authorized fulfillment options.
• Cardamom Restaurant reserves the right to verify item prices server-side and cancel orders impacted by pricing or technical errors.

3. Table Reservations & A$1.00 AUD Deposit

• A refundable/creditable A$1.00 AUD deposit per booking is required to confirm online table reservations.
• When you attend your reservation, the A$1.00 deposit is credited toward your final dining bill at the restaurant.
• Cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Reservation Policy.

4. Intellectual Property & Service Availability

All branding, trademarks, food images, and menu materials are the property of Cardamom Restaurant. We reserve the right to modify menu availability, business hours, and operational policies without prior notice.
